A shared component library, tokens and docs so nine teams could stop rebuilding the same buttons.
The challenge
Nine teams had built nine slightly different versions of the same app.
What we did
We audited every screen, designed 140 components with tokens for color and spacing, and wrote docs developers actually read.
The outcome
Handoff time dropped 35% and the new marketing site launched on the same system.
