They spent 40 minutes fitting me to the Lake Street. My back has never been happier on a bike.
Karen OlsenVerified buyer · Minneapolis, MNBought the Northstar and sold our second car. Velo Loop answered every question, even the silly ones.
David NguyenVerified buyer · St. Paul, MNThe Prairie is the best bike I have owned. The mechanics know gravel because they ride it.
Ben HalvorsenVerified buyer · Duluth, MNI had not ridden in 20 years. They found me a step-through and walked me around the block.
Linda CarlsonVerified buyer · Edina, MNOrdered the Polar Vortex jacket online. Warmest ride gear I have ever worn, and it fits on the bike.
Erik JohansenVerified buyer · Madison, WIThe care plan means I never think about my bike. Flats fixed while I wait, every time.
