Noir Atelier began in 2015 in a second-floor workroom above an antique shop on Royal Street. Our founder, a former bartender with a nose for bitters, wanted to bottle the smell of the city after dark: magnolia over a courtyard wall, chicory coffee at 2 a.m., smoke drifting from a brass band’s last song.
Every perfume is still blended, aged and bottled by hand in that same building, in batches small enough that we know every bottle.
