Orders placed before 1 p.m. PT ship the same business day from Bend. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $99 and $7 below that. Two-day shipping is $18. Oversize items like family tents ship ground.
Returns
Take your gear on a trip. If it is not right within 60 days, return it clean and dry for a full refund with our prepaid label. Pre-order items can be cancelled any time before they ship.
Exchanges
Size and color exchanges are always free. Start one from your account and we ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned.
