Maya Chen started SkillForge in 2017 with a weekend UX workshop above a Boulder coffee shop. Students loved the feedback more than the slides — so feedback became the whole idea.
Today 120 working professionals mentor small cohorts online. Every course has a start date, live workshops and real projects, because people finish what they start together.
