ABOUT NORTHWIND WEEKLY

Independent and reader-supported since 1968.

OUR STORY

Northwind Weekly began in a Portland basement in 1968 as a four-page arts calendar. Today it is a 96-page magazine read by 140,000 people across Oregon and Washington.

We are still independent, still printed in Portland, and still convinced that a good story deserves a good chair.
