Plants ship Monday through Wednesday from our Golden, Colorado greenhouse and arrive in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on US orders over $85 and $9.95 below that. Large plants within Denver are delivered by our own van.
Returns
Our 30-day happy plant guarantee covers any plant that arrives damaged or declines in the first month. Send a photo and we will replace or refund it. Unused pots and tools can be returned within 30 days.
Exchanges
Want a different pot color or size? Exchanges are free on pots and tools. Start an exchange in your account and we ship the new item when your return is on its way.
