ABOUT DOG-EARED

A magazine for readers — honest reviews, book-club guides and bookstores worth a road trip. All titles are fictional.

OUR STORY

Nell Hart worked weekends at a used bookstore in college, writing tiny review cards for the shelves. Customers kept asking for more. Dog-Eared began as a newsletter of those cards and grew into a magazine for readers everywhere.

We never take payment for reviews, and we always tell you if a book wasn’t for us.
