HOW IT STARTED
June Park and Theo Larsen started roasting in a garage in Bay View with a five-pound machine they borrowed from an uncle. The neighbors kept knocking, so in 2015 they rented the corner of Elm Street and 3rd Avenue.
Ten years later the roaster is bigger, the menu is longer, and the rule is the same: fresh beans, fair prices, and a seat for everyone.
