Orders placed by 1 p.m. ET ship the same business day from our Charles Street shop. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $60 and $6 below that. Express two-day shipping is $14. Pre-orders ship on release day.
Returns
Unread books and unused stationery can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Signed and pre-ordered books can be exchanged for store credit. Ink bottles must be unopened.
Exchanges
Wrong paper style or color? Exchanges are free. For fountain pens, we will happily swap the nib size or tune it at no cost.
