Jordan Ellis spent ten years in HR watching talented people stay stuck in jobs that no longer fit. In 2016 Jordan started Northstar to help them move — carefully, with small experiments instead of big leaps.
Today our five coaches work with clients in our Nashville studio and online across the country. Every session still ends the same way: with one clear next step.
