Accessories and apparel ship within 1 business day. Bikes ship in 2 to 4 business days, 95% assembled and tuned. Shipping is free on US orders over $99 and $8 below that. Free local delivery and setup within 15 miles of our Minneapolis shop.
Returns
Ride any bike for 30 days with our ride guarantee. Unworn apparel and accessories can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Service plans are refundable until first use.
Exchanges
Wrong frame size or color? We swap it free. Local customers can exchange in the shop with a quick refit.
