Copperline started in 2016 in an old copper-wire warehouse by the French Broad River. We brew small batches right behind the bar, so every pint is as fresh as it gets.
How we brew
From grain to glass in about three weeks.
Local malt, mountain water and hops added by hand.
Our house yeast does the slow, important work.
Cold and patient — so every beer is clean and bright.
