Description
This honey is spun from the comb and strained once, so it keeps the floral taste of the meadows it came from. Expect a light amber color and a soft, buttery finish. It will slowly crystallize, which is a sign it has not been heated.

Storage
Store at room temperature with the lid tight. If it crystallizes, set the jar in warm water for a few minutes and stir. It never needs the fridge.
