Description
Each spring the Larsen family taps about 3,000 maple trees and boils the sap over a wood fire. The result is a dark, robust syrup with deep caramel flavor that stands up to pancakes, roasted squash and salad dressings. Every bottle is filled by hand and labeled with the year it was made, so you know exactly when it was boiled.

Bought three on sale for holiday gifts. Everyone asked where it came from.

Dark and smoky. Much better than anything I find at the big stores.
