Our take on the classic is gentler than most. We pair bright Ceylon leaves with natural bergamot oil, a touch of vanilla and blue cornflower petals, so the cup is fragrant without tasting like perfume.

Brewing
Use 1 tsp per 8 oz of water just off the boil, about 205°F. Steep 3 to 4 minutes. For a London Fog, brew it double strength and top with warm frothed milk and a little honey.
