This is the tea we pour by the gallon in our Whitaker Street shop. A blend of Assam and Ceylon leaves gives it a deep amber color and a gentle malt sweetness that stands up to ice, lemon and plenty of sugar.

- Notes of malt, toasted bread and a hint of citrus
- Packed in a resealable tin, blended in Savannah
- The 250 g tin makes about 100 cups
Brewing
Hot: 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at a full boil, steep 4 minutes. Iced: steep 8 tsp in 4 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes, strain over 4 cups of ice and sweeten to taste. Store sealed and away from light.
