Description
Our everyday sandwich loaf. It has the earthy taste of rye with a soft, sliceable crumb and a crust covered in toasted seeds. It holds up to mustard, cheddar and pickles without falling apart. Our bakers add a little molasses for depth and a long rest for better flavor.

Storage
Keep in a bread box or paper bag for up to four days. Slice and freeze any extra. It makes outstanding toast with butter and a drizzle of honey.
