Sea Salt Kettle Chips

Description

Made in small kettles from Wisconsin-grown potatoes. Each batch is stirred by hand, which gives every chip a different curl and a loud, glassy crunch. Three ingredients and nothing else. We keep a basket by the register because they disappear faster than anything else in the shop. Try them with a cold cider on the porch.

Storage

Keep in a cool, dry place and roll the bag tight after opening. They taste best within a week, which has never been a problem for us.
