We roast whole almonds until they are toasty all the way through, then pan them in dark chocolate and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt. Sweet, salty and crunchy, they are the snack our staff steals most from the shelf.

Storage
Keep in a cool spot below 70°F so the chocolate stays glossy. If they ever bloom white, they are still fine to eat, just less pretty.
