Every winter we blend a small batch of this festive tea, and every winter it sells out. Robust black tea meets candied orange peel, cinnamon bark, a little clove and toasted pecan pieces. It smells like a Savannah kitchen in December.

Brewing
Use 1 tsp per 8 oz of water at a full boil. Steep 4 to 5 minutes. Lovely with a splash of milk and a little brown sugar.
