Built for Portland springs. The outer is a waterproof shell with taped seams, and the inside is lined with soft cotton jersey so it never feels clammy. Reflective tabs on the cuffs and back help kids be seen on gray days. A roomy hood brim keeps rain out of eyes without blocking side vision.
