Frame sizes
Your current glasses are the best guide. Look inside the temple arm for three numbers, such as 50-20-145: lens width, bridge width and temple length. Match the lens width within 2 mm and you are close.

- Lens width
The first number on the inside of the temple arm. It is the horizontal width of one lens.

Hold a ruler across the front of your current frame, hinge to hinge. Or measure the distance between your temples in a mirror.
