Our matcha comes from shade-grown leaves that are de-stemmed and slowly ground on granite stones. Ceremonial grade is smooth and sweet enough to drink straight. Everyday grade is a little bolder for lattes, and Culinary is made for baking and smoothies.

Brewing
Sift 1 tsp into a bowl, add 2 oz of 175°F water and whisk in a quick zigzag until frothy, about 20 seconds. Top with more water or warm milk. Store in the fridge once opened.
