The ride
In December it is dark by 4:30 in Minneapolis, so we take lights seriously. The front light throws a wide 800-lumen beam with a cutoff that will not blind drivers, and the rear light is visible from half a mile.
Both charge by USB-C and mount without tools on almost any handlebar and seatpost. A battery indicator warns you before they die.
