Made by a cheesemaker in Green County from the milk of a single grass-fed herd. Two years in the cave gives it a bold, nutty bite and those little crunchy crystals cheese lovers look for. It is the cheese we put on every board we make.

Storage

Wrap in cheese paper or wax paper and keep in the warmest part of the fridge. Take it out 30 minutes before serving so the flavor opens up.
