A good whisk is the secret to smooth matcha. This one is split from a single length of bamboo into about 100 fine prongs, which break up clumps and whip the tea into a dense, creamy foam in seconds.

Care
Soak the prongs in warm water for a minute before whisking. Rinse with plain water after use, no soap. Let it dry on the holder so the prongs keep their shape.
