A Savannah favorite. We blend sweet red rooibos with chunks of dried peach, golden marigold petals and a little vanilla. It brews a ruby cup that tastes like peach cobbler cooling on the windowsill, and it is naturally caffeine-free.

Brewing
Use 1 heaping tsp per 8 oz of water at a full boil. Steep 5 to 7 minutes; rooibos does not turn bitter, so take your time. For iced tea, brew double strength and pour over ice.
