Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Measure both feet in the evening and use the longer one.

Description

The Tempo Lite is everything we could remove from a running shoe and still trust it for 26.2 miles. A nylon plate inside the midsole gives a firm, fast toe-off, and the mesh upper weighs almost nothing.

We added a padded heel and a gusseted tongue so it stays comfortable when the pace gets ugly. Save it for speed days and let it last.
