Roasted in small batches across town and named after the rolling hills of southwest Wisconsin. This is the coffee we brew behind the counter every morning. It is round and easygoing in a drip machine and has a gentle sweetness as a pour-over.

Storage
Keep in the bag with the valve sealed, away from heat and light. Grind just before brewing. Do not freeze the bag you are using day to day.
