Description
Built for people who eat a big salad every day. We pack two kinds of head lettuce, baby spinach, a bunch of soft herbs, cucumbers, radishes and a jar of our house lemon vinaigrette. Everything is grown in hoop houses and fields just outside Madison.

- Small box: 5–6 large salads
- Family box: 10–12 large salads
- Includes one 8 oz jar of vinaigrette
- Greens are washed once and spun dry
Storage
Keep greens in the crisper drawer in their bags. Herbs last longest standing in a glass of water in the fridge. Use the vinaigrette within two weeks of opening.
